Daniel Stubenvoll／ダニエル・ストゥーベンボル
A general theme in my artistic output is the circumstantial behaviour of people in social situations influenced by factors like surrounding architectural preconditions or the state of affairs of those involved/investigated. I am interested in the ‘Social Pyramid’. The situations created, at first look, appear as typical presentations but undermine the vocabulary and fixed points of contemporary art during a more detailed observation. Often times, my presentations are complemented by participatory formats as a means to further influence the athmosphere around the physically present works. My studies in Photography serve as basis for most projects, as I rely on the visual analysis of image material that is found beforehand.
